customer satisfaction is important to us. Refunds or replacements are applicable only under the following conditions:
Damaged product received
Wrong product delivered
Missing item in the package
Important Terms:
Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video proof.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or consumed food products, including dog biscuits and treats, are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or incorrect storage will not be eligible for refund or replacement.
Once the issue is verified by our team, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Woofy Tales reserves the right to reject refund requests that do not meet the above conditions.
